Discussion of a Just Energy Transition in Indonesia: Analysis of Regulatory Gaps in the Aspect of Protection of Affected Groups
The Center for Indonesian Law and Policy Studies (PSHK) and the Indonesia Cerah Foundation have published the results of research entitled "Just Energy Transition in Indonesia: Analysis of Regulatory Gaps in the Aspect of Protection of Affected Groups". One of the findings in the research revealed real gaps in aspects of protecting affected groups, including public involvement or participation as well as transparency and accessibility of public information, both in terms of regulations and implementation.
