CERAH Sosial Media Listening & Media Monitoring, EPS-2

Yayasan Indonesia CERAH has prepared another social media and online media monitoring document, for the second time. This document aims to monitor conversations on social media, especially after the fourth debate or the second debate of the vice presidential candidates, with the crucial issue of the environment.

Are they aware of the climate emergency, the importance of 100% renewable energy, and the job opportunities that would open up by conducting a just energy transition?

After the fourth debate (21/01/2024) with the theme "Energy, Natural Resources, Human Resources, Carbon Tax, Environment and Agrarian Affairs, and Indigenous Peoples", the consistency of the presidential and vice presidential candidates in discussing the issue of energy and climate transition is increasingly being questioned.

There are still many environmental problems in front of us that have not been discussed, both during and after the debate. The democratic party is still just an act of gimmicks and media games, rather than focusing on the main problems and issues.
