Survey on Young Voters' Perceptions of Climate Crisis

A national survey of young respondents aged 17-35 years shows that young people in Indonesia pay serious attention to the climate crisis. The survey was conducted by Indikator Politik in collaboration with Yayasan Indonesia CERAH on more than 4,000 respondents across Indonesia.

The majority of respondents think that the phenomenon of climate change is increasingly worrying, triggering wider impacts, and that the government holds the biggest responsibility in trying to overcome the problem. Interestingly, political parties are not considered to have made the climate crisis a priority in their political agenda.
